ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Order Acceptance Policy means the policy of Bluency regulating the ordering and cancellation of orders for products. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation is signify our acceptance of your order. Bluency reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for valid reason. Bluency does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from Bluency. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between You (buyer) and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by You (buyer) unless we have notified You (buyer) that we do not accept your order or the order has been cancelled. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The Product You (buyer) ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment or a problem receiving your payment
• The identification of a pricing or Product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in this Terms and Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, You will be contacted by our Experience.sg Team as soon as possible. The sales contract is therefore completed under Singapore Law. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchased by You at any time.

Experience.sg REDEMPTION POLICY
Bluency Gift Voucher may only be redeemed at official partners of Bluency as displayed on the www.Experience.sg Web site. A Bluency Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash at any of our partner locations. In order to redeem an alcoholic drink the individual must be over 21 years (or the legal age of alcohol consumption in the applicable territory) of age. It is not Bluency's or Experience.sg's legal responsibility to ensure that a recipient of a Bluency's Experience.sg Gift Voucher is over 21 years (or the legal age of alcohol consumption in the applicable territory) of age, rather it is the responsibility of our redemption partners to ensure that the person redeeming the gift voucher is over 21 years (or the legal age of alcohol consumption in the applicable territory) of age. Bluency Gift Voucher can be refused by any redemption partner at its sole discretion if the Gift Voucher is invalid or expired. Bluency's unused portions of Gift Voucher expire six (6) months from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Bluency Gift Voucher can be redeemed for all products/services selling in Experience.sg only. Bluency Gift Voucher is valid for one time uses after redeemed and products/services have to be used during the time of redemption. USE RESTRICTIONS
Bluency grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Bluency. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Bluency. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Bluency and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Bluency affiliate's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Bluency. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Bluency as set forth above. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Bluency so long as the link does not portray Bluency, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Bluency affiliate's logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

REFUND POLICY
The shopper (you) has the right to cancel a transaction within three (3) days of their contract with Bluency (i.e. payment on website) for a valid reason only. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and subject to a cancellation fee corresponding to 10% to 30% of the total price of the cancelled, unless the Gift Voucher has been redeemed by the recipient in whole or in part. In order to do this you must send an email to support@Experience.sg with the following information:

• Date of Transaction
• Transaction/order number
• Amount of transaction

Bluency and its affiliates have no control over and therefore take no responsibility for the quality of goods for which a Gift Voucher is redeemed but Bluency and its partner will ensure to deliver the good service that satisfied you (consumer). If you (consumer) feel the service is unsatisfied, please do drop us email at support@Experience.sg. We are constantly to improve to fulfill customer high expectation on the services provided by our partners.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bluency shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Bluency will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Bluency or to products you purchase through Bluency shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bluency's intellectual property rights, Bluency may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in Singapore, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Singapore Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Bluency, you agree that the laws of the state of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bluency or its affiliates.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS AND MERCHANTS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers and merchants found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser or merchant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that: (a) Bluency shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers and merchants on ogywawa.com or any of Bluency's affiliates, and (b) any orders placed by you on, and any product specifications and product availability appearing on ogywawa.com or any of Bluency's affiliates are subject to confirmation by, and the terms and conditions of business of, the relevant Merchant.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
