Payment methods accepted

We currently accept all payments through the secure online payment gateway PayPal (www.paypal.com). You can choose to pay either with your credit card (American Express, Visa, Master, Discovery cards) or with your paypal account. Please note that payment must be processed before your voucher can be sent out. All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars

Voucher Delivery Options Available

We provide two options EMAIL and PRINT to get your vouchers.

You will need to visit the www.Experience.sg website to email / print your gift voucher. If you have further questions on how to access your gift voucher please email us at support@Experience.sg

I Did not receive the email (confirmation of gift purchased or gift voucher)

Chances are that your email provider has spam filters on. You may need to check your bulk/spam folders to see if the email has arrived there.

To prevent your email from dumping email from Experience.sg in to the bulk folder, make sure you add Experience.sg to your safe list.

I checked my bulk/spam folders but it's not there!

Then can do the following

In the case of getting your gift voucher, you can also Print it. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Activate Gift Voucher box.
  2. Enter gift reference number and select the Print Voucher option. A printable version of Gift Voucher will display on the web browser. Now, you can proceed to print it directly from your printer.

In the event you have note received the confirmation email (once an item is bought), then

drop us an email with the Order ID number at support@Experience.sg

Note: Your gift reference number is confidential to you only so do not disclose it to anyone. we at Experience.sg will never ask you for the gift reference number when you seek.

How does Experience.sg work

It is fairly simple. Just follow the 4 steps below:

Step 1: Browse and select your experience gift.

Step 2: Choose who you would like the gift delivered to.

Options include, self and others

  • SELF: once payment has been made, a Gift Received Confirmation email will be sent out automatically to the registered user (buyer) email address
  • OTHERS: once payment has been made, a Gift Received Confirmation email will be sent out to the recipient email with or without SMS notification

Step 3: Recipient receives a confirmation email of Gift purchased.

  • Recipient must use the gift within 6 months

Step 4: Recipient activates the Gift Voucher.

  • The recipient visits Experience.sg, enter the Gift Reference Number and select either print out or email option to download the Gift Voucher. Follows the steps in the Gift Voucher to enjoy their gift experience

Buying or Activating Gifts

How do I buy an experience gift?

To gift someone an experience follow the steps detailed below:

  1. Click on BUY button to add the experience gift item. You will see the item added in the Quick Cart on the top left on the page.
  2. Add as many gift items by clicking on BUY button.to remove an item from the cart, click TRASH ICON next to it.

  3. To proceed, click on the CONTINUE button in the Quick Cart and it will take you to the order page.
  4. You need to be registered user. So either Log in to your account, or register a new account
  5. In the shopping cart, confirm your order and quantiy.
  6. Fill up gift recipient's details. You can also choose to alert them via SMS. This is optional though.
  7. To quickly check your order click thePreview My Order button.
  8. Click on I am ready to checkout button and proceed to the payment page
  9. You will be directed to PayPal page. You can choose to pay either with your credit card or through your paypal account
  10. Once payment is successfully made, you will be redirected to the Experience.sg website (you will see a short note on your successful transaction made)
  11. Next, you (the Buyer) will receive an email with details of your transaction
  12. Recipient will receive Gift Received Confirmation by email with the details of the items purchased and gift reference number. You (the recipient) are required to activate the gift reference number when you are ready.

How do I activate my experience gift?

You will receive Gift Received Confirmation by email. You need to activate the experience gift before you can redeem it. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Experience.sg, and click the Activate Gift Voucher box.

Step 2: Enter the gift reference number (provided in the email) that you want to activate, choose the download Gift Voucher option and click button Activate My Gift.

Step 3: Read the details in the Gift Voucher. In some cases you may have to call the supplier for an appointment/reservation. You are set to go.

Note:The gift reference number provided is sensitive information. To avoid misuse, please be careful and do not share this information. Do not quote nor disclose the gift reference number to anyone including our suppliers or our staff. If you have any issue, please drop us email at support@Experience.sg

Can I re-activate the gift reference number and why?

YES! The Gift Reference Number can be activated as long as you have not redeemed it from the experience supplier. Once it has been redeemed, the Gift Reference Number is void. In the event you are not able to receive the GIFT VOUCHER, Check on the HOT TOPIC section in this FAQ

What are Gift Reference Number and Gift Voucher?

You need Gift Reference Number to activate the Gift Voucher. Once the Gift Reference Number is activated, you will receive the Gift Voucher through email or can be printed directly from the website.

Note: You need to bring along the Gift Voucher on the date of your appointment as it has to be validated by the experience supplier.

General FAQs

Can I give my Gift Voucher to another person?

NO! The Gift Voucher is non-transferable.

How do I use my Gift Voucher?

If you have received a Gift Received Confirmation by email, you will need to go Experience.sg website and click on Activate Gift Voucher box. Enter the gift reference number provided in the email and select the option to download your Gift Voucher.

Once activated, follow the steps stated in the Gift Voucher to redeem your experience gift.

What is Gift Received Confirmation by email?

This email is sent automatically to the recipient once the payment has been made for the purchase of the experience gift on Experience.sg . The email contains of gift reference number that recipient needs to activate the Gift Voucher when they are ready to use it.

Are there any extra charges on my order?

All orders on Experience.sg have no extra charges to the buyer.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay your order via credit card or through your paypal account. Credit cards are processed on the PayPal gateway. Visit www.paypal.com for details

Is my credit card safe to be used on the Experience.sg website?

We use the widely accepted PayPal as our payment gateway. Read about them here at www.paypal.com

What is the validity of the gift voucher?

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

What happens if the validity period of Experience.sg experience gift expires?

Experience.sg experience is void after the date of expiry stated, recipient will be reminded by email or SMS one month before the expiry date

Is there a legal age for buying the of experience gifts?

Yes, Please check the TOS (Terms of Service) for more details

How does the SMS notification works?

Drop your friend a SMS greeting message and it is FREE when you buy her/him experience gift. Enter your friend mobile number and select the greeting message or customize it yourself and you are set to go.

I have received Gift Received Confirmation on email from my friend and I have some problems activating the Gift Voucher?

There are some billing issues. Who should I contact?

For billing related matters, please email us at billing@Experience.sg. Please quote the ODER ID number in the email so that we can help you better.

Availability of Experiences

All experiences / actvities are offered by experience providers subject to availability. Bookings should be made at least 3-7 days in advance. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you have received the email entitled "Confirmation of your booking". Please be advised that some experiences display availability dates on the website. These dates are guidelines only and are subject to change. We suggest if you plan to purchase a voucher for a date listed at short notice, you contact us to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction.

Validate your experience

How do I contact the experience supplier?

The experience supplier details are given to you as soon as your appointment date is confirmed by us. Should you have problems contacting a supplier, please drop us email and we would get back to you immediately.

What happens if I cannot attend the confirmed day?

If for any reason you are not able to attend on the date confirmed, you must contact the experience supplier atleast 3 days prior and reschedule. If you don’t, the gift may become void.

What if the experience supplier cancels my confirmed day?

In the event that the experience supplier cannot complete your experience due to circumstances such as bad weather or mechanical failure, your experience will be rescheduled directly with the experience supplier.

What if the experience supplier is booked out during the Gift Voucher validity?

If you have made a reservation with the experience supplier with the requested dates that were before the expiry date, the supplier will be in contact with you in order to accommodate you at their earliest availability.

Note:The expiry date of the Gift Voucher is not applicable if the supplier cannot accommodate you before it expires.

How do I log into my Experience.sg account?

You must create an account to buy any of the experience gift on Experience.sg . You can update your details anytime.

Will my browser work?

Experience.sg website is designed to work in all web browsers on most the operating systems. We recommend FIREFOX or CHROME for best user experience. If you have any problems please do drop us an email at support@Experience.sg
